The historical practices conducted on the Dark Moon in propitiation of Hekate, focused on seeking her protection for the coming new lunar month. Known as Hekate's Deipnon (meaning "supper"), in parts of the ancient Mediterranean, households would engage in purification, create offerings, and leave them at a crossroads. Includes ritual meditation.
The sacred daily ritual I teach is known as "Quotidia," from the Latin for "daily". Doing "The Q," is transformative. Designed to take about 30 minutes/day, this practice connects you to the Sacred Flame of Hekate, guides you through unifying the Three Selves, and concludes with the Enodia Oracle Reading. This ritual is based on teachings in Keeping Her Keys: An Introduction to Hekate's Modern Witchcraft. In the book, the Enodia Oracle is called the Approach/Avoid and the meditation is "Unifying The Three Selves."
